The Nor Cal Basketball League was founded by Coach Bill Flitter of Level Up Basketball, Coach Marvin de los Santos of St. Patrick-St. Vincent High School, and Coach Madison Alexander of Cornerstone Christian High School to provide high school girls and boys with an elite competitive platform to elevate their skills and exposure against top-level talent during the summer months.
